Moon Brewing Tap Takeover

craft beer moon brewingMoon Brewing has recently celebrated their 5th anniversary of brewing consistently delicious and unique brews. I am ecstatic for Malone’s to be hosting Moon Brewing as the Tap Takeover Brewery of May. Let’s start the flight with the Potts Pils that is Brewed in the style of the great North German Pilsners. Saaz hops shine through Bohemian malts to produce a crisp, dry-hopped, and citrusy beer – great for playing spike ball in the yard. Next up, This is Hefeweizen is a true to style Hefe showcasing notes of banana, clove and a hint of bubblegum. The Tranquility IPA is an ode to the North American craft beer revival exhibiting citrusy, resinous, and piney hop characteristics, which are best noted when reciting mantras of Peace, Love, and Hoppiness. A beer that is truly unique and representative of the creativity and craftsmanship of Moon Brewing is the Dime Sour Key IPA with Brett Trois; it has a wonderfully delicious and balanced funky and fruity profile achieved by the amalgamation of unlikely beer ingredients. To finish off the flight with a seasonal brew, the Drinkgeld is a Belgian-style Dubbel that is fermented with a Trappist Ale yeast and loaded with intense flavours of raisins, plums, chocolate and caramel.Hope you enjoyed your flight.
