Here’s what we expect from you

At Malone's, the role of Restaurant Manager is defined by a commitment to four key pillars:

• Craft Beer Mastery, Sports Entertainment, Exceptional Customer Service, and Expert
• Booking Management-Ensuring positive guest experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
• Successfully managing large events such as sport events, group bookings, weekly events
• Maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations, including team management, venue maintenance, sales, and cost control
• Securing a healthy and desired level of reservations for private events to enhance guest experiences
• Establishing a strong connection with BC's craft beer scene and customers
• Manage a team & ensuring they are motivated, trained and ready to roll up their sleeves when needed.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of managerial experience in a similar environment, preferably as a Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager.
• 3 + Years of extensive craft beer and cocktail knowledge is a MUST.
